An indigenous power engineering company
HFGC's directors brought together backgrounds from Siemens Nigeria and industrial power engineering to found an indigenous power solutions company more than two decades ago. Together with subsidiaries Tass Projects Ltd and Hyswill Engineering Services Ltd, the group covers LV switchgear assembly, power systems design, gas management and solar energy solutions.
Two decades, one team
A veteran of Nigeria's industrial and domestic power sector, with decades of experience in automation, LV/MV/HV power and substation work. Spent over a decade with Siemens Nigeria, with particular depth in AC/DC drives, Siemens Simatic S5 & S7 systems and bi-fuel engine conversions.
Holds an HND and master's in Electrical & Electronics Engineering plus a master's in Project Management. A decade-plus Siemens Nigeria veteran who has led SCADA/PLC automation, substation and bi-fuel conversion projects for Dangote Refinery, Dangote Flour Mills and GB Foods. Registered with COREN and NEMSA.

HFGC Energy & Power Solutions Ltd operates alongside two subsidiary companies, combining engineering and project delivery capacity across the group.
Tass Projects Ltd
The group's project execution arm, contributing engineering and delivery capacity to HFGC's larger contracts.
Hyswill Engineering Services Ltd
The group's solar energy and security arm — supplying and installing solar street lighting, solar courtyard and bollard lighting, and solar-powered security camera systems.
